Model for quantification of criteria for ranking of military officers
Project was undertaken after special request from the top authority in the field of human resources management. It was conducted together with the Working table number 2 from the Serbia-NATO Defense Reform Group. Exhaustively research has been done in order to create an robust model for ranking of military officers which is comprehensive in the sense of covering all relevant criteria and simple enough at the same time in order to be appropriate for practical implementation. An technical report has been produced and addressed to the purchaser.
