Visit of the United Kingdom Defense Envoy to the Military Archives

The British delegation, led by the defense envoy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Colonel Niko Ilic, paid a working visit to the Military Archives today. The delegation was greeted by Dr. Jovanka Sharanović, Director of the Institute for Strategic Research, and Captain of the battleship Goran Petrović, Director of the Military Archives.
During the visit, they discussed the modalities of future cooperation between the two sides in the framework of bilateral military cooperation, however, the handing over of documents to the Military Archives by the British delegation related to the activities of British intelligence officers in Yugoslavia before and during World War II. At the end of the visit, the director of the Military Archive gifted the publications of the Military Archive to Colonel Niko Ilić and his associates Mirko Pohulek and Milica Naumović.
