Fund of the Military Justice and Judiciary Office

The Law on Transferring Jurisdiction of the Military Courts, Military Prosecutor's Office and Military legal Office on the State Bodies (SCG Official Gazette No. 55/04) terminated the existence of the institutions mentioned here. The Military Justice and Judiciary Office, established in 1839 when the first military courts were mentioned, was suspended.

Article 5 of the Regulation on documents, objects and persons’ transfer procedure from the military courts, military prosecutor's offices and military institutions for criminal sanctions to state bodies (SCG Off. Gazette No. 62/04), anticipates that all Military Courts and Military Prosecutor's Offices’ terminated cases (criminal, legal and administrative) should be delivered to the Military Archive.

During April 2005 it took over:

- Subscriptions, registers and dossiers from the Military Courts’ Central Archive

- Belgrade’s Military Court Archive

- Podgorica’s Military Court Archive

- Belgrade’s Supreme Military Court Archive

- Belgrade’s Military Prosecutor's Office Archive

- Podgorica’s Military Prosecutor's Office Archive

- Belgrade’s Supreme Military Prosecutor's Office Archive

- Military Institutions for Criminal Sanctions

- Military-discipline Courts.

The Military Justice and Judiciary Office Fund are being arranged at the moment.
