Monograph - 40 Years of the Strategic Research Institute

The 40th anniversary of the Institute for Strategic Research is an occasion to reflect on the contributions of generations of researchers and to highlight the most significant achievements. In honor of this milestone, we have compiled this publication to celebrate our successes, acknowledge areas where progress is still needed, and share the best practices and accomplishments of our members. This publication is based on data from the Institute's annual reports, research of archival materials and the Military Archives, personnel records kept by the Personnel Directorate and the Organization Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the monograph of the Institute of Military Skills published on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, data from the journal "Vojno delo" and the magazine "Odbrana," as well as publications and journals from other scientific research institutions.

In addition to covering significant aspects of the Institute's organization and functioning, the monograph also includes a bibliography of the Institute for Strategic Research's publications. This bibliography aims to consolidate the Institute's work in one place and present the extensive range of bibliographic materials, including papers, studies, analyses, monographs, and collections authored or co-authored by the Institute's members.  The bibliography of monographic publications covers the period from 1984 to 2024. It aims to compile the research conducted by the Institute and to list the bibliographic materials produced by or involving its members.
