Colonel Dr. Dejan Vuletić participated in the International Conference “Dialogues on China”

Colonel Dr. Dejan Vuletić, Head of the Department for Defense Studies and Military Science, took part in the two-day international conference “Dialogues on China”, which gathered 130 participants from 34 countries. The conference was dedicated to China’s foreign policy and contemporary geopolitical transformations in the world, and was jointly organized by the Institute of International Politics and Economics and the China Institute of International Studies.

At the conference, Colonel Vuletić presented a paper titled “China’s Geopolitical Influence in Serbia: Perspectives and Challenges”, in which he analyzed the significance of China’s presence in Serbia within the context of current security and economic developments in the Balkans. His presentation drew considerable attention, especially the segment concerning the dynamics of Serbia–China relations within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.

The conference contributed to the exchange of scholarly and professional perspectives on China’s role in international relations and its growing influence on global security and development.
