Биографија:
Дипломирао је 2003. године на Војној академији, Одсеку Копнене Војске - смер пешадија. Службовао је Гарди, јединицама Војне полиције, у Управи за стратегијско планирање Сектора за политику одбране Министарства одбране, Ректорату Универзитета одбране и Војнoj академији Универзитета одбране у Београду, где је и обављао дужност продекана за наставу(2019-2021.) и начелника-декана (2021-2026.).
Стекао је звање магистра политичких наука 2008. године, а звање доктора политичких наука 2011. године на Факултету политичких наука Универзитета у Београду. Од 2012. године налази се у наставним звањима и реализује наставу на Војној академији и у Школи националне одбране „Војвода Радомир Путник“ Универзитета одбране где је и завршио Високе студије безбедности 2023. године као полазник 12. класе. У звању је редовног професора за ужу научну област Политичка теорија и методологија од 2025. године.
Аутор је и коаутор бројних стручних и научних радова, два универзитетска уџбеника и једне монографије националног значаја. Рецензент је више књига из области безбедности и одбране, а такође рецензент у два домаћа часописа националног значаја. Члан је Међународног удружења методолога друштвених наука са седиштем у Београду, а био је и вишегодишњи генерални секретар Удружења. У својству наставника по позиву учествовао је у реализацији наставе на Факултету политичких наука Универзитета у Београду. Био је члан бројних научноистраживачких пројеката, а руководио пројектом под називом Војска у политичком систему Србије који је 2021. године награђен као најбољи пројекат из области друштвено-хуманистичких наука у Министарству одбране. Носилац је Октобарске награде Града Лесковца за допринос у области науке и просвете у систему одбране за 2022. годину.
